About Us
Purpose
-
- The Sherburne-Earlville Alumni Scholarship Fund exists to serve as a vehicle for S-E Alumni, family, friends and community members to support graduating S-E students as they begin their lives after High School.
Organization
-
- The organization is an entirely volunteer and donation-led initiative. The group was created by a committee of S-E Alumni with the purpose of acquiring funding and other support, then distributing scholarships to upcoming/recent graduates of the Sherburne-Earlville School District.
Trade Award
- The Trade Award exists to support upcoming S-E Graduates as they pursue technical credentialing and/or full-time employment in a trade immediately upon completion of high school.
- Initial Award Amount:
- One Award of $500, given annually
Academic Scholarship
- The Academic Scholarship exists to support upcoming S-E Graduates as they pursue further education at an accredited College or University of their choice.
- Initial Award Amount:
- One Award of $500, given annually to a student pursuing a Bachelors Degree (typically at a 4-year college or university program) as well as One Award of $500 given to a student pursuing an Associates Degree (typically a 2-year program)
